| Trasportes Negrete is located at kilometer 186, on the outskirts of the city of Curicó. It is a company created in 1978 by its current and only owner, Don Patricio Negrete Reyes, number 6,675,285-2, who until today serves as General Manager of the Company. |

| Currently Transportes Negrete delivers a wide range of services, such as: |

| National and International Refrigerated Land Transport Service and Containers, each team has its respective generating unit for refrigerated containers. Regarding International Transport, we have a Central office in Sao Paulo, Brazil. We have a valid international permit to Brazil and Argentina. GPS system to locate our fleet. |

| Lease of 8 cold rooms with capacity for 12,300 bins. We also provide Inspection Service SAG (Agricultural Livestock Service) to various companies in the region. |

| Purchase and Sale of Fruit to the National and International Market. Fruit exports to Peru and Bolivia with Exponegrete brand. |

| Mechanics and Sale of Tires for trucks. |
